Venison Dinner


Dinner last night.
400 calories.
Venison strips, homemade potato wedges, and salad.
Tasty, pretty filling, and not too bad for my calorie count.

Venison is such a good way to get protein and keep calories down. We make deer roasts in the crock or roaster with onions, carrots and quartered taters but don't make gravy and just use au'ju juices. No gravy keeps it lighter.
