The Edwards Family at FBC

Well...it has been a while since I have posted.
As usual, we've been very busy around here.
We have been in the midst of Youth Month
at our church. My husband always dedicates the
month of February to our youth. We have
special services and activities all month long
as an encouragment for them. Now, we have
more going on this month but I just
haven't gotten around to posting.
But, today, we had Bro. Skipper Edwards with
us in services. He preached a message this
morning during the Sunday School hour
and his family sang during the worship service.
He was back again tonight, for more
great singing and preaching.
This is a great family. I have had
the privilege of being around the
children on several occasions. They
are very sweet and godly young people.
They are also very talented and and
enjoy using their talents for God's glory.
Bro. Skipper did a great job preaching during
both services.

Here they are "warming up" before church

(Sorry~for some reason this
pic turned out fuzzy...it looked
fine on the camera)
Anyway, it was a great day and it has
been a great month. Next week is
Youth Sunday~ a day when the young
people will be doing most of the service
(from teaching in SS, playing the instruments,
leading the music, doing devotions, helping
to receive the offering, and preaching)
We are so excited! We just love these special days!
Look for some pics next week.

Such a good family. They were at our church last week, but unfortunately our entire family was sick and we didn't get to enjoy seeing them. Very good pictures of them. They're a blessing ~ Kristan

Tammy,
Thanks for sharing. Will keep them in mind for future services here. So glad you have been missing from blogger due to busyness and activities and not difficulties with your dad. I have been praying for him and I hope you keep us posted on his health.
