Monday~Week One Weigh In

Well, this is my first weigh in. I know that in
order to be successful in my diet, I have to
be accountable to weigh in. I DID lose, a
whopping 2 lbs. ( Not as much as I normally
lose my first week) I admit that I wasn't
quite as dutiful about my points this past
weekend. But a LOSS is a LOSS, thus begins
my 30 lb. journey. Only 28 more to go.........

You did great! My doctors all tell me that 1-2 pounds a week is the best way to do it, so you are right on course.

Wes and I are doing WW points, just on our own. Our first weigh-in day will be Thursday. We both lost a good bit of weight once before doing points, and I'm finding it's the only way I lose weight. Even my diabetic meal plans don't help me lose!
